Friday Favorites-12.12.25

Can you even believe there are THIRTEEN days until Christmas?! The days leading up to Christmas are always my favorite…there’s that excitement in the air, you’re getting together with friends/family, and the hustle/bustle of Christmas activities is happening all around. My goodness….these DAYS should be named a FAVORITE! I hope you’re enjoying your days wherever you are. 🙂 I’m here with Andrea to share some of my FAVORITES from my week…

I have a few FAVORITE festive looks from the week….this holiday sweater being one of them.

My FAVORITE rhinestone jeans and belt being another.

Another FAVORITE sweater, jeans, and mules for a morning of errands.

This Advent study is one of my FAVORITE things I’m reading every day. I missed the boat this year in sharing some of my past FAVORITE Advent studies and I promise to share those sooner next year. A reader asked me about it and I forgot to include it in my post that week. Now I feel like I missed the mark, but I’ll do it in October or early November next year. I’ve done some great Advent studies and want to share those!

On a whim, I purchased an elf kit from Etsy. My energy levels for this elf at the end of the day are at an all time low BUT this kit is SO EASY! FAVORITE! Everything’s included to make cute little activities for him to do. On this particular day the kit came with that little sign, three cups, a lemonade packet, and instructions for me. Britt thought it was super funny! Another day this week he left a shrinky dink paper and asked her to put her Christmas list on there so he could take it with him to Santa. She wrote her list, we shrunk it for the elf, and he took it to Santa. Super cool! I’m making a note to share this shop EARLY as well! If you have little to no energy for your elf, you’ll want this next year!

This past weekend was FULL of a cheer competition that our school hosted. Ebby Lee and I spent our Friday evening setting up and then she competed on Saturday. They had a few little hiccups so didn’t walk away with first place but watching was a FAVORITE from my week.

I left the competition after Boyd competed because we had big plans…

At the Darr Christmas party! {This is where Tab works.}

Typically they do branch holiday parties {rotating from around Thanksgiving to around Christmas} but this year because the new building was complete they invited every employee {with family} to come to an epic Christmas party on Saturday afternoon.

We walked in and were headed to Tab’s office to drop our stuff but look who walked in right behind us. {Do you spy the guy in the red suit?}

It was a GREAT party! There was a bounce house, mechanical reindeer riding, cookie decorating, lots of hot chocolate, a space with tvs to watch the games, good food…

The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders,

a real, life ELF,

snowball throwing,

face painting,

people walking around on stilts,

dancers, over sixty Christmas trees brought in to make the space magical {but I somehow managed to take pics without one in the background-ha}, big raffles, and so much more. I’m telling you-it was an epic Christmas work party! We’re so thankful to be a part of this company!

We have some fun Christmas plans this weekend! Hope you have a festive few days as well!
