Ebby Lee and Grandma HencyAfter a nasty blowout RIGHT before boarding the plane, this is what Ebby Lee looked like when we arrived in Missouri. I felt the need to keep telling people, “she was wearing pants, but she had an accident”. (Just so people would know that I did dress her…just forgot to pack an extra outfit.)
Ebby Lee and Grandpa Hency…they were so excited to see her. We called as soon as we got to my mom’s house and they drove RIGHT over. I think Ebby Lee was excited to see them too!
On Thursday night, we went to the Zalma volleyball game. T-Nonna had this onesie and bow made for her. She had fun cheering those Zalma Bulldogs on!
A new trick Ebby Lee learned…how to drink out of a sippy cup. She’s not that great yet, but she’s working on it.
She’s so messy when she eats…we decided to just undress her!

Grandma Campbell and Ebby LeeOn Friday we went to my Uncle Kelly’s and Aunt Sandi’s house for lunch. Aunt Sandi had prepared a SPREAD!! I felt like it was Thanksgiving. It was really cold outside and she had a table FULL of delicious food!
Kyle got down in the floor and played with her. She was really enjoying herself.
2nd trick she learned…how to hold her own bottle. It is a trick that is coming in handy! On Friday night we were just hanging out at my mom’s house. There was just a little bit of a bottle left that she hadn’t finished. She rolled over there and put it right in her mouth. I was so excited! The ridiculous things moms get excited over…right?
She rolled right under the end table.
On Saturday morning, after lots of playing and reading…she passed right out in the middle of a good book.

Kyle got down in the floor and played with her. She was really enjoying herself.

Ebby Lee and Yak YakOn Saturday, we met the family to eat and then went to walk around the mall. We ran into Yak-Yak. Yak-Yak was a staple at birthday parties when I was little. She happens to be the preacher’s wife at my hometown church. She was doing a little promotion at Macy’s. We were so excited to see her. We made her stop and pose for a picture.

The party was over so it was bath time. (The stopper had been washed REALLY well.) We had a great trip to Missouri and are looking forward to going back over Christmas!
