Tuesday, the Slaughter five loaded up and headed to Disney World in Orlando, Florida!!!
This handsome guy would NOT stay still in the airport. He was EVERYWHERE!!

We made it!! The kiddos did GREAT on the flight! We found our way to the DW shuttle and were off!!

We dropped a few things off at our room (We stayed at the Caribbean Beach Resort) and headed to Downtown Disney. Let the fun begin!!
Don’t pay attention to B’s face…ha!! We walked around, shopped at the stores, and then went to the T-Rex Cafe for dinner.
The restaurant was SO MUCH FUN!! Think Rainforest Cafe, but ALL about dinosaurs. Bowen would get a little freaked out when the dinosaurs went off. We were saying, “OOh!”. haha!
I should have said that my parents and my brother and his family met us at DW. These three amigos had a BLAST!
Day 2: Magic Kingdom

Our group…ready to see Magic Kingdom! My parents and my brother (Jared), my sister-in-law (Kelly) and their kiddos (Camden and Paxton)…don’t we look READY??!
This day was ALL about rides, rides, and more rides!! These guys could ride almost everything at the park and they did their very best!
Bowen THINKS he’s a big kid! He wants to do WHATEVER the big kids are doing.
But then this happens and we’re all reminded he’s my baby!!
Girlfriend had an appointment at the Bibbiti Bobbiti Boutique for a princess makeover.
Tab took Nix and B took do guy stuff while E was being pampered.
She had her make-up done, her nails painted, and she chose her hairstyle.
She was supposed to cover her face so the woman could spray her hair. E would push too hard and make a piggy nose. She kept looking at me like, “why are you laughing?”. haha!!
The “After”
A princess and a pirate (Camden had a pirate make-over)…Nix isn’t in to ANYTHING on his face, so he opted out of that.
The adults all look like we’re having fun on Splash Mountin. The Slaughter kids? Not so much!! haha!
Swiss Family Tree House…two seconds after this we lost Bowen. He was probably only gone for about 30 seconds, but Oh. My. Goodness!! He just walked off and made it down to a little stand. He was doing some window shopping. I went in to screaming Mom mode and was yelling, “Has anyone seen a baby” and “We lost our baby”. That kind of thing that EVERY mom wants to be yelling. It worked and a lady saw him walking. We were reunited and he could have cared less…haha! Homeboy didn’t even notice we were gone!!
Later that night we looked and approximately 50 kids get lost at Disney World everyday!!! Don’t worry…the longest one missing was gone seven hours and he was found and returned after 7 hours??!! (Surely he was a teenager and was WANTING to be lost for a while??)
On the Buzz Lightyear ride…I could NOT stop laughing when I saw this picture of Tab. You can barely see Nixon’s head.
Until…I saw the picture of me on the ride!! haha! Clearly, it was a “puzzling” part of the ride!! We both look SO confused!!
We hit up a parade.
And…we found some time for party of five picture.
The Crystal Palace was for dinner. E was in HEAVEN!!
Camden and Ebby Lee were LOVING the characters.
This boy. He talked a BIG game! Bowen WAVED and said, “Hi” to ANY person or character in a two mile radius, but when Tigger came over to give him a high five, homeboy’s ENTIRE body started shaking!!
At this point, Tab was starting to get stressed that his ALL-BOY four-year-old had been under the table every time a character passed. He made Nix come out and give Pooh a high-five.
After dinner, we hit up the Little Mermaid ride and Enchanted Tales with Belle.
The Slaughter kids were both chosen to be silverware so at the end…they danced with the dishes. (My kids basically just stood there, but it was super cute!) Then Belle took a picture with each kid. This was Nixon’s face when it was his turn to take a picture with Belle. WHAT?? Hilarious!! Tab said loud for everyone to hear, “We have to work on his game!”…hahaha!
So then he gave us this….

We ended the night with fireworks behind the castle. What a MAGICAL day!!!
