Stranded-Three Movies

It’s Wednesday, which means I’m STRANDED!  Shay’s a little preoccupied this week (biggest understatement of the century-ha!  But isn’t that Madeley PRECIOUS?!) so she’ll catch us on the island next month.

Today, we’re sharing what THREE MOVIES we’d take with us on this deserted island.

Sweet Home Alabama
Isn’t this a great chick-flick?  AH!!  It’s one of my very favorites.  I’d for sure need this one on the island.

A League of Their Own
I am the biggest fan of this movie.  Growing up, I always referred to this one as my favorite movie.  I would have to take this one as well.

How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days
My roommates and I in college were huge fans of this one.  Kate Hudson is darling and Matthew isn’t bad to look at, right?  😉

What about YOU?  What THREE MOVIES would you take on a deserted island?

Next month we’re talking HALLOWEEN CANDY and I can feel my jeans getting tighter just talking about it.  🙂

Thanks for stopping by today!

Have a GREAT day!!

Good choices! Sweet Home Alabama is a fave for sure! I watched the Sandlot the other day with the kids and forgot how much I loved that movie too. Let's see, what else… Shawshank Redemption – I've lost count how many times I've seen that movie. Ohhhh, and Steel Magnolias for sure! Although maybe too sad if I'm already stuck on an island? 😉

A League of Their Own was actually filmed in the town right next to where I grew up!! ( I grew up in Santa Claus, IN and they filmed parts in Huntingburg where they still have the same stadium and actually have a whole revived league based on the movie!!) But the even more neat part is my mom, brother and sister were extras in the crowd in that movie!!! I too little to get in on the fun but we always love looking for them when we watch!!! Love ALL your selections btw!!

I LOVE these three movies! I love that you love A League of Their Own!! My best friend and I used to watch it over and over in junior high. We played softball back then, too, so that made us love it even more. We STILL make Marla Hooch jokes to this day!
