I’m not sure about you but one of the highlights of my day {errr…maybe I should say three highlights of my day} are the meals I’m having. There’s not much else going on around here other than eating, eating, and more eating. I’ve made it to Trader Joe’s for groceries a few times since early March and thought I’d share what we’ve been loving lately.
Peanut Butter Cartwheel Cookies {starting at 12:00 and going clockwise}-These are GOOD and I’m talking REAL good. If you’re a peanut butter fan, grab a box and make sure you throw a carton of milk in your cart as well.
Everything But the Bagel Seasoning-When TJ’s first opened in our area, I almost put this seasoning on too much of my food and I got burnt out real quick. My favorite thing to top with this seasoning is the Egg Frittata.
Riced Cauliflower Stir-Fry-Tab and I will take a package of this down! It doesn’t taste exactly like “rice” but it’ll satisfy a fried rice craving-for sure! If you have a spring roll or two along with a protein, you’ll thank me AND have the easiest meal ever!
Egg Frittata-This is hands-down my favorite thing from Trader Joe’s. I top two with the seasoning and it’s the easiest most delicious breakfast!
Rolled Corn Tortilla Chips–Shay recommended these before my last trip and I’m SO GLAD SHE DID! This chips are just the right amount of spicy for this girl.
Vegetable Fried Rice-Remember the cauliflower rice Tab and I take down? Well, this bag will be taken out by the other Slaughter four at that same meal!
Truffle Marcona Almonds-You’re a tad hungry and walking by the pantry? Grab a few of these on your walk. Or at least that’s what I do multiple times a day!
Cookie Butter Ice Cream-Well, if you think the cookie butter is good, you don’t even know. This ice cream is DELICIOUS!
Everything But the Bagel Greek Yogurt Dip-I tried this on a whim and am so glad I did! It’s very similar to a french onion dip but due to the greek yogurt better for us. My favorite way is to eat it with these…
Oven-Baked Cheese Bites-YES! Another great and easy snack for this indoor life we’ve been living!
What about YOU? What have you been LOVING LATELY from Trader Joe’s?
I ate the rest of those spicy corn rolled chip things on Friday…that's reason enough right there for me to drive all the way to Trader Joe's today!
These all look so different and fun. Adding new foods definitely breaks up routines.

I, too, LOVE the Cauliflower Stir Fry! It's my favorite cauliflower dish and makes a meal with a protein added. Even my husband loves it and he's not a huge cauliflower fan. I also love the Spicy Peanut Vinaigrette – have everyday with a salad for lunch. I always buy the whole wheat low carb tortillas (45 calories each) and have just discovered the Elote Corn Chips – delicious! These are just some of my favorites. Oh, another one that we just discovered is Unexpected Cheddar. Now I know why it gets rave reviews.I do love the Cookie Butter Ice Cream (and cookie butter everything) but have to resist as I had to get the sugar habit under control. So many delicious foods at TJ's. It's my favorite store!
I love Trader Joes! Can't wait to try some of these things next time I go there.

Great round up! I've got some Trader Joe's faves on tomorrows post too, and that EBTB dip is on my list too. I love it so much!!!!
Ok if you like the rolled tortilla chips, you must must must get the elote corn chips. Similar to a frito looking chip with a spicy kick that keeps you wanting more. If you are feeling extra fancy, a container of their corn salsa is pure heaven. You can add avocado and feta on it and have an app ready in two minutes or just eat plain alone. Addictive!
If only Chip and Joanna Gaines could get us a Trade Joes in Waco—we can always dream! Love everything about your blog🌈!
We do the cauliflower stir fry with their Mandarin Orange chicken. It makes a good meal for us. My husband makes his own hummus and uses their spice in it. I haven’t been to Trader Joe's since this started but think I'll check it out soon.
I love their Unexpected Cheddar, Toscano Cheese, quinoa corn chips, black bean dip, mozzarella balls in water, Asian chicken dumplings (get the soy ginger dipping sauce for it too) and mint chocolate chip ice cream!
Bring that vegetable fried rice up a notch and scramble a few eggs in there and throw on some season salt. Game changer! So good and adds protein!
