First up, (my knees NEED lotion and the SUN…hahahaha! Don’t look at those!) this Simply Fit Board. Does anyone have it? It’s the workout board that was featured on Shark Tank. My mom gifted it to me for Christmas and I am pumped about using it. I’ve only done one workout on the board so far-one I found on YouTube. I like to change it up in the workout department and it seems like there are lots ways to do that with this board. I’ll keep you posted, but I’d LOVE to hear what you think if you have this! Do you have any favorite workouts with the board? Please share!
Friday afternoon, it began SNOWING in TEXAS!
Bowen and I bundled up to go play for a few minutes.
And apparently playing in the snow for five minutes is EXHAUSTING. 🙂
Basketball is in full swing around here. Nixon and Ebby Lee are both playing. Shay and I kind of laughed about how much the television show, Liv and Maddie, encouraged our girls to want to play basketball this season, but then I remembered the summer I became a housekeeper because of Maid in Manhattan and Blue Crush. #shemustgetitfromme

On Monday, I was trying to cook something with what we had in the pantry. I wasn’t feeling it and luckily when Tab called saying he was on his way home he wasn’t feeling it either. We met at Mesa’s and my kitchen stayed clean. #winwin
I had a girl’s night earlier this week and right before I walked out the door this was my view. The fact that these three have this guy as their dad melts my heart. What a blessing he is! They were eating dinner and playing with Nixon’s small professional football little people. Tab would hold up a guy and say the city/state. For example, “Dallas” and they were supposed to say, “Cowboys”. As I walked out the door…
Tab: “Tennessee”
Ebby Lee: “Sheep?”
hahahahaha!! That sums up why they need some alone time with Dad.
GREAT NEWS!!! Fancy Ashley and I are hosting a fun link-up the third Tuesday of every month called Tuesday Talk. We’ll be chatting like girlfriends getting together for coffee about anything and everything you want to share. I ADORE my Simply Fit Board! I bought it right after I saw it on Shark Tank and it has done wonders for my torso… it has really firmed up my love handle area and I have noticed a difference in my legs, too. And it's SO EAST to use! I do mine while I'm watching TV!
The fit board looks so fun!! I think I may need one. And might I add how fun it would be to use on ice/snows on the hills!!

Blue Crush! Such a throwback favorite…I need to see if it's on Netflix. And I saw the infomercials for that workout board in December and was curious about it…can't wait to hear if you like it!

I have thought about getting that board, but I always wondered how it would hold up with a rug/carpet. Is it going to ruin my floor? Do you put a towel underneath it? Oh, the dilemma! 🙂

I love my Simply Fit Board. I got mine about a year ago and I always do it while watching tv. The time just flies by. I love doing planks on it and using 2 to 5 pound weights while doing the basic twist. I hope you enjoy it!

LOVE the simply fit board my hubby got me for christmas. It is great on carpet, not so much on tile or hardwoods. So far I have enjoyed just twisting while i watch a 30 minute tv show. Twist while it's on and break while i'm fast forwarding commercials. I never thought about you tube workouts, so thanks. Please share if you find other good workouts 🙂
