This is how Nixon-Man started off his big day…MAD that his mama was trying to take his picture so early in the morning! ha! 
He had a little birthday breakfast with that balloon. Daddy took him outside and somehow didn’t realize that he let go of the balloon? Tell me now how Tab didn’t see that balloon floating off? 🙂

Nixon and his G…we went to Gary & Marla’s for dinner. Marla made delicious fried chicken. It was SO yummy!

After dessert, it was present time! Nixon got this horse nap mat from M & G. He thought he was hot stuff! Can you tell?
Then we went outside for some fun. I get this motion ALL day long. It means, “Mom, could you please pick me up? I can’t walk yet, and I KNOW it hurts your back because I’m so heavy…BUT I love you…so could you please pick me up?” I fall for it EVERY time!

It’s crazy to think that it’s been a year since Nixon was born. I thought he would NEVER sleep through the night!! (He does FINALLY!) That little surprise has blessed our lives more than we could have ever imagined. We love you, Nixon-Man! Happy 1st Birthday!!
Aw, yes, so crazy how fast the year has flown for our newest additions! He is a CUTIE!!! Happy Birthday sweet boy!
I love Nixon's hair. LOVE IT. The spike up rocks. I also love him lying on the nap mat. When did he get so big? Didn't you just have him??? Time flies!
