How’s your December going?
While boy sports are on the “pause” button in our house, Ebby Lee has had volleyball tournaments the last two weekends. We were supposed to visit Santa yesterday and volleyball ran a little later than I was planning. My car also happened to be full of six hangry people who were in no mood to visit with Jolly Ol’ St. Nick. I rescheduled. No worries.
I’m still doing all I can to make time slow down. Anyone else?
April, August, and November are the birthday months for the Slaughter House. We wrapped up the birthday celebrations for Bowen and Britt but I didn’t share their little interviews. I shared Gift Guides for all five of my people, but in case you missed it and are on the hunt for a seven-year-old boy or four-year-old girl I have you covered! These are part wish lists/part tried and trues from my November babies.
I laughed so hard at the mansion. And Britt answering mommy as her best friend is the sweetest thing ever!
I love the survey idea and it's great to see how they change from year to year, such a fun way to document time.

Such a great idea to ask them these questions, and they both have such cute answers! These gift guides are perfect! Thanks for sharing!

Awww! Britt's answers were too sweet! She sure does love her mommy.
I'll vouch for Bowen's Superman ice cream! It really is a thing! There is a little ice cream shop in Richardson that sells it, and my grandchildren love it!! It's the color of Superman's suit (blue, red, yellow) and has a fruity taste. Every time I go to Dallas, my grandkids want me to take them to get Superman ice cream!!!!
I hate that I never did this with my kids! Such cute answers!! It's going to be a sad day when Bowen realizes he can't buy a mansion for $1000. hahaha

The sweetest little answers!!!!!
