Linking up again with Darci…here’s my 5 on Friday…
#1 We went to the Texas State Fair yesterday and had SO much fun!! We were there for 7 hours and we had a blast!
#2 And…I MIGHT have taken part in some fried food goodness. Yum! (I’ll blog about our fair trip soon.) Let’s just say that I should PROBABLY spend ALL day at the gym to make up for last night. 🙂
#3 (We look like a HOT mess in this picture…my hat, Tab’s lobster skin, etc…but it’s the first “us” only picture I saw and I’m sleepy :)) This handsome guy doesn’t have a football game this weekend. SO excited for some family time! But first….
#4 Date night tonight!! It’s been a long time. We have a long overdue-adult-only date night planned. Looking forward to hanging out with my hubby!
#5 Andrea posted this on Instagram last night and I’m so glad she did! I have THE best girlfriends in the world. I am SO thankful for each and everyone of them. So blessed to call these ladies my friends.

Awwwww! So sweet! Jealous of your date night – have a BLAST!!! Also – I need to talk to you about the fair… we've never been and I've never really felt the need to go (I know, blasphemy!) Is this a tradition we need to start with my family?
